In rare cases, a campaign may be placed into an In Review state before it goes out. When this happens, you will receive an email notification about it.
This occurs when our automated system flags something in the campaign for a closer look before it is sent. Automated systems are not perfect, and this does not necessarily mean anything is wrong with your campaign. It is simply a precaution to make sure everything looks good before it reaches your subscribers.
Our team will personally review the campaign and you will be notified once it is done. This usually takes well under 12 to 18 hours. While your campaign is under review, it cannot be edited or deleted, though you do have the option to cancel it if needed.
Once the review is complete and everything checks out, your campaign will be approved and will continue as normal with no action needed on your part.

- If your campaigns are regularly being placed in review, it may be worth reviewing your email content to make sure it follows good sending practices.
