Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code when logging in.
Enabling 2FA
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select “Account Settings.”
- Navigate to the “2FA” tab.
- You will see a QR code displayed on screen.
- Open an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) on your phone.
- Scan the QR code using the app.
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the required field.
- Confirm to complete setup.
What Happens Next?
- 2FA will now be enabled on your account.
- Each time you log in, you’ll be asked to enter a new 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Tips
- Keep your authenticator app installed and accessible — you’ll need it every time you log in.
- Consider saving backup codes (if provided) in a secure place in case you lose access to your device.
